Returns & Exchanges (7 Days)
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a request, please contact us at smileteachdesigns@gmail.com within this timeframe.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Handmade & Custom Items (Important)
Please note that all of our products are handmade, personalized, or custom-made (on-demand).
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at smileteachdesigns@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the concern and provide a resolution.
Apparel Sizing Disclaimer
For apparel items, please carefully review the product description and size charts before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues; however, we may offer discounts on reorders for the correct size.

Refunds
If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or error, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
